We are very disappointed to report that the language banning the USPS from mailing vapor products is in the omnibus bill, which is expected to be passed tonight. The effective date of the shipping ban will be when the USPS promulgates regulations, although other sections of the PACT Act may apply to vapor 90 days after enactment. House Bill LInk
