Processing 

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours. All transit times are on business days (Monday-Friday).


For USPS orders, any shipping confirmations received between Saturday-Sunday, those packages will not leave our warehouse until the following business day. Pick up day is counted as Day 0. 

USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are on business days (Monday-Friday). Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Smoke Smart and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Order Tracking: 

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Smoke Smart does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account. 

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Smoke Smart, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use.
Smoke Smart strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Smoke Smart is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

Holiday Shipping

During the holidays, many packages are behind, lost and not updated.  They may sit at a facility for days if not weeks.  We know this is very frustrating but we have limited control once a package has left our building.  Many times, you will see your package as still sitting at a facility, when in fact,  it is in transit.  Your package will show up.  If it is lost, you will need to file a claim with USPS.

Order Discrepancies: 

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must contact us within 24 hours of the package's delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will contact you about fixing the problem.

Canceling and Altering Orders: 

Due to the volume of orders Smoke Smart receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processed, we are unable to alter, change, or cancel any order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments. Sales tax will be applied as follows:

 

Age Verification Policy 

Smoke Smart is required by law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age for any of our products. When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cases we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order.

It is our commitment to ensure timely and expedient service, and refusal to utilize these services will result in cancellation of your order.

Note: If your transaction has been declined, please contact us at 636-477-6031 before attempting further transactions as holds may occur on your account.  If you Bluecheck fails, we reserve right to not refund shipping costs to cover clerical work, material, and costs of Bluecheck fees.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
