Smoke Smart Refund/Return /Warranty Policy
Please read and understand our refund, return and warranty policy prior to making any purchase online
We have a No refund or return policy. Once you agree to purchase any product from Smoke Smart. It can not be returned for any reason
We do offer a manufacturer's warranty. Default warranty period is 30 days unless otherwise specified in the products description
We offer a 30 day manufacturer warranty on certain products sold by Smoke Smart. This 30 day period is from the day your delivery is made. Eligibility for warranty are limited to products determined to have a manufacturing defect. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse, modified or repaired by someone other than Smoke Smart are not eligible for warranty.
Not all items are eligible for 30 day warranty. These items include, but not limited to:
No refund, returns or warranty on all E-liquid
No refund, returns or warranty on coils, pods, cartridges
No refund, returns or warranty on atomizers, cartomizers, rebuildable atomizers, aka rba/rta
No refund, returns or warranty on all mechanical mods
No refund, returns or warranty on all batteries
No refund, returns or warranty on any product deemed consumable
Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email or call you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

Any Cosmetic Damage From the Manufacturer Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours of Delivery! No exceptions!!!
You may not return consumable items. This includes, but not limited to: E-liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.
For any product that Smoke Smart deems as an acceptable warranty. We will cover all shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges for any non defective return for warranty..
Restock and Other Fees
A 15% return processing fee may be applied if:
Warranty items that are non defective.
Warranty items that show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
Warranty items that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
Lost Warranty Items
Smoke Smart is not responsible for any product lost in the mail.
Alternative devices need to be fully cleaned prior to return. If you ship your item back containing any form of media and the item is confiscated (not received at our facility) we will not be held responsible for your loss. If the item is received and has any residual smell or media particles, the return will receive a 15% return processing fee.
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
Note: If utilizing an approved Prepaid Card, Smoke Smart will attempt to refund the payment method within the scope of our refund policy. Smoke Smart is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of the Prepaid Card utilized in the transaction.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors
