Warranty, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

REFUNDS, RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

• THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED
• NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID.
• NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS, COILS OR CARTOMIZERS
• NO WARRANTY ON REBULDABLE ATOMIZERS (RBA'S & RDA'S) OR MECHANICAL MODS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS. EXPERT USERS ONLY RECOMMENDED.
• EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO SMOKE SMART.
• THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
• PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.

Products that are functional, not sold by Smoke Smart, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.

Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Smoke Smart  are not eligible for exchange.
